Wedding Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

• Weddings only (without a stay) require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve the date.
• Weddings paid in full that are canceled 14 days or more before the date will receive a refund less the $100 non-refundable deposit.
• Wedding reservations canceled within 14 days or less of the reserved date will not receive a refund of the deposit.
• Additional guests are $10 per person.

Important information: Arkansas marriage licenses may be purchased, in person, at the Carroll County Courthouse (downtown Eureka Springs - both parties must be present). Licenses are valid for 60 days and cost $58 - CASH ONLY!. No blood tests or waiting period is required but both will need to know their Social Security number AND have a valid state issued ID, passport or birth certificate with them. Contact the County Clerk at 479-253-8646 for additional details. Hours: M-F 8:30 am - 4:00 pm / Sat 9 am - 12 pm.
