You may be staying in a spacious suite, fit for a king and queen (or bride and groom). Maybe you have chosen to be Presidential and enjoy our massive Jacuzzi, meant for two. The flavor of the old west meets the new southwest in our Frontier Room. The cozy colonial views of the green backyard on a lazy summer day. If stairs are out of the questions, the "Gibson Girls" are downstairs. No matter what your personal preference is, you will be assured of comfort and convenience at Beland Manor.

• RATES range from $89.00 to $185.00 per night.


• A credit card or personal check will confirm your reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If, for any reason, you must cancel your reservation, we require 5 full days notice prior to the date reserved, in order to insure a full refund.


• The rates are based on double occupancy. There is an additional charge of $15 per extra guest staying in a room.


• Sales tax is not included in the rates.


• Corporate rates and midweek discounts are available.


• Smoking is permitted outdoors only.


• We have no facilities for pets.


• Supervised children age 7 year of older are welcome.


• Check in after 3 P.M.


• Check out at 11 A.M.
