Enjoy the amazing view from our elegant suites located in the main lodge which rests high on a ridge overlooking beautiful Beaver Lake, Arkansas. Each suite is designed with your comfort and privacy in mind and includes a fully equipped kitchen, covered deck with a barbeque and private entrance. Wake up in the morning to the mist rising off the lake which you can see from your romantic Jacuzzi for two, queen size bed, and comfortable chair by the fireplace or while having fresh-ground coffee on your deck which is also frequented by hummingbirds, songbirds, and the occasional eagle or hawk surveying the lake.

The Arkansas Grand Suite occupies the entire first floor of the main lodge and with 1152 Sq Ft, it is even larger than our cabins. Nine windows overlook Beaver Lake and the beautiful Ozark Mountains affording one of the most spacious views on property. Warm wood floors make for a soothing ambience for your romantic honeymoon, anniversary, or birthday getaway. The custom crafted, stone fireplace comes complete with a lover’s seating area and the sectional couch makes for comfortable viewing of the flat screen HDTV. Outside, a 60-foot long private, covered deck complete with a barbeque grill, breakfast area, and bird feeder invites lazy hours watching the various wildlife that frequents this secluded hideaway. You may also enjoy the attractions of nearby Eureka Springs or take advantage of the fishing, swimming, boating, bird watching and horseback riding around Beaver Lake. Convenient to all, the Arkansas Grand Suite with its easy access, extra amenities, and overall spaciousness is excellently suited for your extended holiday stay or Arkansas honeymoon.

Relax in a secluded yet contemporary cabin on Beaver Lake Arkansas built with your privacy and comfort in mind. There are six cabins, each designed for two adults with an open floor plan, ten-foot walls, and a cathedral ceiling to provide a spacious ambience. The wall that faces Beaver Lake is made almost entirely of glass, has the Jacuzzi built into it, and provides excellent moon shadows at night. Featuring kings size beds with luxurious white linens, comfortable seating in front of the fireplace, high definition television with surround sound, a large walk-in shower with hydro-massage, and a well-equipped kitchen, leaving your cabin is certainly optional.

The cabin exterior offers a gas barbeque grill and a sun deck with table and chairs that are often used for early morning coffee. In the evening, watch the sunset over the Ozark Mountains from your screened-in porch or wait a few hours until the moon rises over Beaver Lake and enjoy a romantic, candlelit dinner. Our well-stocked movie library can provide hours of entertainment, and every morning you will be greeted by numerous birds and wildlife.

• Check-in time is from 3 to 8 PM or by other arrangement with advance notice. Check-out time is 11 AM.
• The elegant nature of our accommodations does not lend itself to children. Accordingly, we can not accommodate guests or visitors under the age of sixteen.
• Our cabins and suites are strictly smoke-free. Please do not smoke inside your cabin or suite. Ashtrays are provided for the convenience of smokers on the decks, grounds, and boat dock.
• Do not bring pets or other animals into your cabin or suite nor keep them on property.
• Guests are solely responsible for properly anchoring their boats and assume all liability for damages resulting from improper anchoring, high winds, rough water, inclement weather or other acts of God.
• Our dock is not designed for jet skis! If you would like to bring a jet ski, please be prepared to take it out of the water after each use. If you anchor your jet ski to the dock and a storm develops, you will propably sustain significant damage for which we are not responsible.
• Swimming, fishing. hiking and use of our facilities in general is at your own risk. There is no life guard on duty.
• Registered guests may invite up to two additional visitors per unit rented. Your visitors must be 16 years old or older, and they may not stay overnight. No more than 8 people may occupy a single cabin or suite at any given time. Registered guests who are being married on property may invite up to 8 people for the ceremony, however the number of visitors remaining after the ceremony must comply with the limits set forth in this paragraph.
• Payment for Services: We require full payment for all reservations made within 15 days of your arrival date by credit card, debit card, or check-by-phone.
• Payment by Credit or Debit Card: If you reserve more than 15 days in advance, we require 50% of your total stay to confirm the reservation, and the remaining 50% will be automatically charged to your card on the 15th day prior to your arrival if not otherwise received by that date.
• Payment by check or check-by-phone: We require full payment for all reservations made using these methods. If you want to mail a check, you must reserve at least 30 days in advance and your check must be received within 10 days after making your reservation. For reservations made less than 30 days in advance, payment must be made using our simple and secure check-by-phone process.
• Cancellation Policy: This policy is intended to be fair to our guests yet prevent an excessive loss of income to our business. Our remote, private location is an advantage while you are here, but it also makes it difficult for us to re-book rooms on short notice, and once we reserve a room for you, we remove it from the market refusing all other requests.
• If you cancel or reschedule 15 or more days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a $45 cancellation fee or you may leave your deposit on file and apply it to another reservation once without incurring the cancellation fee.
• If you cancel or reschedule less than 15 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be charged for any dates of your original reservation that we are unable to rebook. The remainder of your deposit will be refunded less a $45 cancellation fee or you may leave it on file and apply it to another reservation once without incurring the cancellation fee. The only exception to this policy is the Inclement Weather Provision as detailed below.
• To cancel or reschedule, you must contact us by phone and receive a cancellation number. If you attempt to cancel by email, do not assume your reservation has been cancelled unless we return your email with a cancellation number because your email may not have been received. We are not responsible for delays in cancellations caused by email problems. All rescheduling is subject to availability and pricing adjustments for the day of the week, seasonal rates and special events. All refunds will be made by check payable to name on the card or check. There are no refunds for early departure, and all deposits placed on file will be forfeited if not used within one year.
