Conveniently located on Bartee Trail just 10 minutes east of downtown Hot Springs, the Meadow offers you wooded country atmosphere with easy Highway 70 access. Our 13 tree-shaded acres offer several wedding settings to accommodate different sized ceremonies from a couple only to a guest list of up to 10.

Our comprehensive services allow you to select exactly the wedding assistance you need. You may simply need the use of one of our settings for your ceremony - handling all other arrangements yourself, or we will gladly consult with you and provide as many of your wedding services as you desire.

Our wedding coordinator can help you with all aspects of your planning including decorations, flowers, food, and photographs - as much or as little assistance as you need.

Two-night stay in our private 'Starlight Cottage' (Longer stays may be arranged.) Features a queen-size brass bed with a snuggly comforter, Franklin Stove fireplace, satellite color TV/VCR, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee & tea service, garden bath with big two-person shower, a private walled deck with a hot tub for two and a wood-burning fireplace for a fire on chilly nights.

RECEPTION: 1-layer wedding cake, punch, coffee, nuts, mints, sparkling cider and keepsake toasting glasses for the bride and groom, napkins, formal tablecloth, silver serving trays.

An intimate ceremony for a couple, their family and close friends - includes the couple and 7 to 10 guests.

*These three packages have an indoor "bad weather" option: The ceremony will take place before a decorated louvered doorway in our living room with the reception table awaiting you in our dining room. We are only able to comfortably accommodate up to 15 people for an indoor ceremony.
