Bartee Meadow Bed & Breakfast

This beautiful Suite is part of the Main House, but is completely separate with its own entrance and exit. One bedroom features a copper cathedral queen size bed and French doors that open onto your private, fenced deck where you can relax in a hot tub for two. On chilly nights we'll build a fire for you in the outdoor fireplace. This room has satellite TV/DVD/VCR, and you'll have access to our movie library. The second bedroom has another queen-size bed and an antique breakfast table and chairs. This room offers a selection of books, games and magazines. Between the two bedrooms is your private tile bath with shower/tub combination. The rooms are connected by an alcove hallway where you'll find your snack area with coffeemaker, microwave and mini-fridge filled with complimentary cold drinks. You are welcome to relax in the living room of the house as well as on our little front porch or our terrace with a glider swing. Enjoy breakfast at the dining room table or have breakfast brought to your door. Home baked Bedtime Cookies each evening are included, too!

This rustic little hideaway has flowerboxes, a metal roof, and a vine-entwined front porch. Inside there's a brass queen size bed, electric stove fireplace for warmth and mood, satellite TV/DVD/VCR, CD player, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee and tea service. The garden bath has a big two-person spa shower and overlooks your private fenced patio featuring a hot tub for two and wood-burning fireplace. Complimentary afternoon refreshments are available upon request, and we'll deliver freshly baked Bedtime Cookies each evening and a hearty Country Breakfast every morning.

• In- Room Private Massage: $75 One-hour personal session with a Hot Springs licensed massage therapist in the privacy of your suite or cottage - or, in nice weather, on your walled deck or patio. The ultimate in personal pampering!

• Special Celebration Surprise: $35 Includes small decorated cake, sparkling cider, fresh flowers in your suite, and elegant service using our fine silver, crystal, and linens. Perfect for honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, or any special occasion. Children's celebrations include a cookie cake, ice cream, balloons, and soft drinks. Please add sales tax.

• We require at least a two-night stay at all times. Some holidays may require at least a three-night stay.
• Guests who wish to stay with us longer than three nights are offered a special rate of $129/night (Suite & Cottage) plus tax from the first night. Ask for a quote for a stay of more than 5 nights.

• Guaranteed deposit of one night's stay is required at time reservation is made.
• We accept all major credit cards. You may send a personal check for your deposit but your check must be received before your requested dates can be officially held for you. Balance is due upon arrival, payable by credit card, travelers check, money order or exact cash. We are unable to accept personal checks at arrival.
• We welcome arrivals anytime between 3 & 6 PM. We are unable to receive earlier arrivals. We receive later arrivals between 6 & 8 PM by prior arrangement only. In consideration of other guests, our latest possible check-in time is 8 PM. After 8 PM, a guest who has not made prior arrangement or who has not called will be considered a no-show, and guest reception will be closed for the evening. No-shows will be charged the full amount for all lodging, products and services booked.
• Check-out time is 11AM unless other arrangements are made.
• Cancellations must be made fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. If less than fourteen days notice is given, we cannot refund the deposit, but will gladly apply it to a future visit. All cancellations and changes in reservation dates are subject to a $25 service charge. We are unable to make any refund for unused portions of packages or for unexpected early departure.
• In consideration for ourselves and future guests, there is to be no smoking or use of scented candles or incense in our home. An automatic $350 cleaning and deodorizing charge will be assessed on the credit card of anyone who uses these products anywhere inside our inn... both in the cottage & in the main house. Ashtrays are furnished and smoking is permitted outdoors on your private deck, the front terrace, the big deck, or the front porch. Unscented candles are provided. Thank you.
