The Abbe House Inn

Grab a good book and read it in the parlor or the 2nd floor offers a reading lounge with a view of the golf course. The 3rd floor offers a huge sitting area with a view of the grounds. The Abbe House Inn sits on 12 acres surrounded by Bradford Pear Trees while bordering the Lost Creek Golf Course and offers plenty of room to unwind.

Bedrooms are very important at The Abbe House Inn. Each of the 11 guest rooms offer queen size beds and private whirlpool baths, 9 with showers, 2 of the rooms have their own private front and rear entrances on their own porches. Let your room become your retreat after a long day of golf, fishing or sight seeing.

Breakfast is served Southern style at The Abbe House Inn. A full breakfast is served family style in the dining room or on your private porch. At 3 p.m. tea, French presses of coffee and snacks are served in the dining room. Dinners are served upon request from our menu. Earlier breakfast times for groups are available.

Enjoy the beautiful foothills of the Ozark Mountains. Fly fish the world record Little Red River at Cow Shoals or Richie Shoals and see if you can break the current record of 42 pounds for a brown trout. Boat on a huge 44,000 square acre lake only minutes from the Inn or play 1 of 5 local golf courses.

When having a wedding at the Abbe' House Inn this is the setting that awaits you. The Inn sits on 12 acres of manicured lawn that is adjacent to Lost Creek Golf Course, an 18 hole championship golf course. The Abbe' House Inn is a newly constructed 12,000 square foot Inn that offers the perfect setting for small, medium and large weddings. Inns are the perfect place for weddings because the wedding becomes more intimate. Everything can be onsite for less hassle for you and your guests. The wedding, the reception and the lodging can all be at the same location. What could be better than that? Maybe 'peace of mind.' Remember that having that 'peace of mind' can be achieved by having a two day wedding. Arrive the day before and set up and work out any of the problems before they become a major issue. As an innkeeper, I love weddings because they allow me to get to know each of the brides and understand what they are wanting. I will personally work with the wedding planner, florist, the caterers and the photographer so that you the bride can rest assured your day will be special.
