Somerset House Bed and Breakfast

Each guestroom features a fireplace, 12-foot ceilings, antique and antique reproduction furniture, private bath with Australian shower head, iron and ironing board, robes and slippers, hairdryer and upscale toiletries. There is one queen-sized bed in each room. The house has central air and heat throughout, in-room VCRs, CD players and cable television, plus wireless DSL internet. Another convenience is off-street parking beside the house with easy access to the front entrance.

A full breakfast is served in the dining room between 7:30 and 8:30. Exceptions can be made with advance notice. Fresh morning coffee is served for the early riser. Bottled water, soft drinks and complimentary wine are served in the afternoon, as well as bedtime sweets. Phone and fax are always available in the first floor office; wireless DSL internet is an added convenience for our guests.

• Guest rates are $95 per night per room, single or double occupancy.
• We require one night's deposit ahead, with cancellation notice of at least 24 hours.
• Check in begins at 3 p.m. and check out time is at noon.
• Please, no children under 15, no pets and no smoking inside.
• Regular corporate guests and guests with non-profit organizations are offered a special rate of $85 per night, double or single occupancy.
• Rates for the famous Talladega race weekends are $200 per night, single or double occupancy with a three-night minimum and include breakfast.
• We gladly accept personal checks, Visa, and Master Card.
