Introduction

Smith Lake Bed & Breakfast - Crane Hill, Alabama Smith Lake Bed & Breakfast is 70 miles south of Huntsville and 50 miles north of Birmingham. Our inn is cozy and secluded yet convenient to all of the area's diverse activities and attractions, making it a great alternative to typical hotel lodging. Nestled in a serene cove, Smith Lake Bed & Breakfast is the perfect spot for a wonderful weekend and romantic getaway.

Breakfast begins with fresh orange juice, seasonal fruit, yogurt and a granola toping. Banana nut bread or pumpkin bread, biscuits, toast with a quiche or omelet, scrambled eggs, grits, bacon, ham, sausage is usually served or, stuffed French toast, pancakes, waffles. Requests are welcome and menu varies according to guests. There is fresh ground coffee and tea available in each suite and at breakfast.

The Dock Suite
 Contains a queen-size bed in the bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the den. It has a private bath and a kitchen/breakfast room. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave and the necessary items to cook lunch and dinner, if desired. The den has a fireplace and satellite TV with DVD player. Entrance is from a private covered deck overlooking the gazebo and boat dock.
Rate: $175 for two guests
The Loft Suite
 Contains a king-size bed in the bedroom with a trundle bed in the den. It has a private bath and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave and the necessary items to cook lunch and dinner, if desired. The den has a fireplace and satellite TV with VCR. The private entrance is from a deck with a lake view.
Rate: $150 for two guests
Additional guests are $12 per person.
We request a two night minimum during summer weekends.
