Pecan Muffins

2 cups brown sugar
2 cups ground pecans
4 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 cup flour (self rising)
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 cup melted butter

Mix all ingredients, fill greased mini muffin pans about 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes. Makes about 48 mini muffins.
