How Suite It Is

How Suite It Is living room	This two-bedroom suite has a private living room all its own with an inviting beach theme. It is furnished with two love seats, two easy chairs with ottomans, an overstuffed chair with adjacent DSL, coffee table (perfect for a puzzle or games), built-in window seats and TV/VCR. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed and direct access to the shared bath. This is a great suite for small families, or for business travelers or couples traveling together and wanting a private place to gather. The two bedrooms are each unique in style and theme.
Sail Away, the first bedroom, has a nautical theme through the artwork and ocean-blue walls. A built-in counter stretches the full length of one wall to include a desk area and drawers underneath. An antique chair is in one corner for relaxing, or take in the view from the private balcony. The Eureka Springs Room (pictured below) includes an antique desk, two chests of drawers and two wingback chairs for relaxing. Or take in the fresh air and the views of the large deck and back yard from the room's balcony.	Sail Away Bedroom
This suite rents as one unit, but is priced based on the number if bedrooms used and the number of people. Therefore, if two people are sharing one bedroom, it is less expensive than two people each having their own room. It is then more if putting up to four people in the suite with up to two people per bedroom. There is no chance of being expected to share the bathroom with folks not included in your reservation. Sunday through Thursday: Up to two people in one bedroom, $195 Two people using both bedrooms, $250 Up to four people, $295 Weekends, holidays and special-event dates (two-night reservations preferred): Up to two people using one bedroom, $225 Two people using both bedrooms, $280 Up to four people, $325
