Gourmet Breakfast Romantic Candlelight Dinners Catered Evening Meals Authentic Antique Decor

As you stroll along the sidewalk in front of Katy's Gourmet Inn-spirations, silhouettes of pineapples carved into the tan picket fence, representing hospitality, and a perfectly manicured courtyard invite weary guests to pause and enter the newly restored Tudor home.

Foley's new Inn-spirations is the most recent creation of Kathleen Baskin as she continues to cater to the desires of residents and visitors alike. Katy Baskin began her venture in the food industry by catering "breakfast in bed" and small gourmet meals in 1984. Katy's Katering now employees two Chef's, one is a graduate of the Culinary Institute and the other is the former Chef of the Bosten Garden. He handled all the private catering for the Boston Celtics and Bruins (1989 - 1992). "Chef Andy" assures that the menu will be prepared and served with the syle and aritistry equal to that of the functions he prepared at the Garden.

Jasmine will quickly climb and cover a trellis arched above the entranceway. Katy said she had planted a variety of herbs in the courtyard to be harvested for many of her epicurean delights.

Guests who reserve one of the three Inn-spirations' private rooms and separate baths, will be treated to succulent seafood omelets and "island grits" blended with fresh oregano and garlic, tomatoes, green onions and diced ham.

"We will cater gourmet meals to our guests. We certainly emphasize the food. There will be lots of treats," Katy said.

The wooden floors and crown moldings, antique furnishings and three distinctly decorated rooms provide an enticement of their own. The Tudor inn includes diamond shaped glass in the front door, separate dining areas, footed bathtubs, wall murals and stained glass magnolias perched above the kitchen sink.
