Hidden away on sixty-eight acres in the Autauga county hills lies a hotel alternative where you can see turkey and deer at play. You can choose to take a short walk, a hike or fish for bass and bluegill in the stocked pond or just relax beside the swimming pool.

Country Hideaway is a convenient resting place for vacationers traveling to and from the Gulf Coast. It is about 3 - 4 hours from Gulf Shores, AL as well as the Fort Walton, Panama City and Destin, FL beaches. It is a great resting place for those traveling south on Interstate 65 to Mobile, AL, Biloxi, MS, and New Orleans, LA, and those traveling north to Birmingham and Huntsville, AL as well as travelers to Tennessee and Kentucky.

A sumptuous breakfast is served every morning, and coffee and dessert are served in the evening.

Our numerous amenities include fresh flowers, luxury linens, plush towels and robes. Bed turn-down with a mint is a nightly occurrence. Guests are offered complimentary water, soft drinks and snacks, fresh ground coffee and a large selection of teas. The study offers a place to hook up to the internet or play a large selection of family and kid-friendly table games and the facility has a fax machine.

  • Guest rates range from $80 to $90.
  • Check in: 3 PM; Check Out: 11 AM
  • No smoking inside - you may arrange with us to smoke in an outdoor area location.
  • Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
  • We require a 72 hours notice if you need to cancel your reservation.
  • Breakfast is at 8:30 AM unless otherwise arranged.
