• We have a standard Seven day cancellation policy except for peak two-day minimum stays. These dates require a thirty (30) day cancellation, and the payment for the two-day stay is required at the time of the reservation. Payment is non-refundable if policy is not strictly adhered to and cancellation is not done in the time-frame allowed for the chosen dates.
• One night's lodging cancellation fee applies.
• 4% lodging tax added to all bills.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card at the time of reservation.
• No smoking inside the house.
• We are unable to accommodate children under twelve or pets without prior approval.
• Check-in after 3 p.m.
