Miss Becky's Breakfast Eggs
6 eggs
1/4 cup flour
(2 Tbs) 4 Tbs melted butter
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 small can drained, chopped green chiles
Pinch of salt
Mix and bake in a greased quiche dish at 375° for 35-40 mins.
Serves 6
We serve this with sausage "on the side."
