The Inn is located only 4 miles from downtown Ketchikan in one of the best shoreline fishing and whale watching areas in Ketchikan. We are within walking distance to Mountain Point where the shoreline fishing is the best. The guest suites are as close as you can get to the ocean. The view from your window is an active wildlife show. Bring your camera because otter, seals, and porpoises are frequently seen. Eagles nest close by and are often seen perched on a pole near the water or pulling a salmon from the ocean. The Inn has three private suites and one private room. All the suites and the room have private baths and private entries. The one and two bedroom apartment suites are outfitted with everything you need to feel right at home; equipped kitchens, dining area, living room and a full bath. All the suites and the room have king-size or queen beds, satellite TV with HBO, Cinemax and Showtime, private phones, high speed wireless internet and either a full kitchen or a kitchenette. All guests at the Inn share a washer/dryer in the guest laundry room.

Ketchikan is well known as the salmon capital of the world and a paradise for sport fishermen and naturalists alike. During the summer months, our town bustles with visitors from all over the world. While the rustic boardwalk on Creek Street preserves a distinct historic feel, the town hums with new construction to keep up with the ever-expanding wave of tourism.

Guest Information $95 - $135 per night, double occupancy $20 each additional guest We have a minimum stay requirement of 5 days. A 50% deposit from the total reservation is required at the time the reservation is made. Reservations made with less than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival or within the cancellation period full payment is required for deposit. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Our Inn is non-smoking. For guests who smoke we ask you please to only do so outside. We have provided chairs on the deck for you to sit and enjoy the view while you enjoy your smoke. Notification is required 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The Anchor Inn by the Sea will refund a reservation deposit minus a $25 handling charge for cancellations made within the required 14 days. For cancellations with less than 14 days to arrival date, refund minus a $25 handling fee will be issued only if the accommodations can be rebooked for the canceled day/s period.
