Mexican Chili Cheese
From WATERTOWN BED & BREAKFAST
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup corn meal
1 cup shredded munster cheese
1 tsp baking powder
1 4 oz can chopped green chilis
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup cottage cheese
4 eggs, beaten

1 cup cottage cheese
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a greased 8 x 8 square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
This is good for brunch served with link sausage and apples, hash browns, fresh sliced tomatoes or scalloped tomatoes, and toast.
